Shipping

  • Where is my order?

    As soon as we have packed and shipped your order you will receive an email with a tracking link from the freight company used to ship your order. We use different freight companies depending on where you live to ensure we deliver your package as fast as possible.

  • When do i get my money back after a return?

    After you have made a return we will do a refund as soon as the package have been shipped back to our warehouse and we have checked that the items are in good condition. Please note that it can take up to 14 days or more before we do the refund depending on where the return was shipped from.

  • How long is the delivery?

    The delivery time varies depending on which country you order from. For domestic orders we have deliver in 2-5 working days.

  • How much does the delivery cost?

    The delivery fee is calculated in the checkout after you fill in your shipping/billing adress.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We ship to almost every country in the world!

  • Can i change items in my order?

    After you have completed your order we cannot change items in the order. If you do not want to keep the purchased items you can return the items to us.

    To make a return you simple follow this link and fill in the form. You then get a shipping label emailed to you which you put on your package.

    Note that in order for us to accept your return it is important that you use the original package for the return and that the items returned are in good condition and not damaged.

  • Did my order go through?

    You should receive a confirmation email with order details after you have completed the order. If you did not get the confirmation email please check you junk/spam inbox. If you still can´t find the confirmation email please contact us through the contact form which is located at the bottom of the website.

  • What if my item is faulty?

    If you have received a damaged item or not the ordered item please contact us through the contact form which is located at the bottom of this website.

    Here’s how to proceed if you wish to return items from your order: Follow this link (https://como1907store.return-order.com/) and fill in the form. You will then get a return shipping label via e-mail which you use to book a pickup for your package. Here is how you book a pickup:

      1. All recipient informations are pre-filled
      1. Insert date and time of the pick-up return
