Shipping and delivery

The shipping cost is calculated in the checkout based on which country you live in. We offer free shipping for some countries if you purchase over a specific amount. This amount varies from country to country and will be displayed in the checkout. Delivery time is normally 2-5 days but this can vary depending on which country you live in and which carrier is used for your area. When you have completed an order we will send you an e-mail with delivery estimates. In connection with larger campaigns, the delivery time may be slightly longer due to longer processing.

Return and exchange

We follow the rules and directives contained in the Distance Trading Act regarding, among other things, the consumer’s right of withdrawal. If you want help using your right of withdrawal, please contact customer service. You as a customer are always entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the product / goods are collected when you shop from this website. If you as a customer have used the product / products to a greater extent than is necessary to test the product / products’ properties and function, you are, however, obliged to compensate for the reduction in value that the use has entailed. After return, we therefore check whether the garment has been used in such a way and, if so, deduct the cost of the reduction in value that the use has entailed from the amount that is refunded. We don´t exchange items, if you wish to change size you have to do a normal return and then make a new order with the size you want.

Here’s how to proceed if you wish to return items from your order
Contact customer service by contact us and fill in the form. You will then get a return shipping label via e-mail which you print out and put on the original package. We will refund your amount within 5 working days after receiving your return. Please note that it can take some time before we receive your return depending on which country you send it from.

Stock access and delivery

All items and sizes displayed in the shop are available for immediate delivery, unless otherwise stated. As soon as the stock drops, the goods disappear from the web and are then no longer available for ordering. We still want to reserve ourselves for any inconsistent stock balances that could exceptionally occur. In the event that an item should be missing when picking up your order, we adjust your order, remove the item from delivery, and refund the money as soon as possible. We do not normally list missing products for later delivery. In case of adjustments, we inform you that this has happened.

This means that you as a customer with us should be able to feel confident that we handle your information in a safe and responsible manner. We do not disclose our customer information to any other company or business. You can also request at any time to find out what information we have about you in our systems as well as at any time can request to be removed from it. Contact us via the form with the subject ‘GDPR’ and we will help you immediately to meet your wishes. The customer information stored in our systems that is received in connection with a placed order may be used in connection with ongoing offers via e-mail. Complaints

When you as a customer complain about a product, Como1907store.com will make an assessment of whether the product is incorrect. In making this assessment, Sport Design Sweden will take into account the General Complaints Board’s recommendations, which we always follows. If you are not satisfied with our assessment in a complaint case, you as a customer can always turn to the General Complaints Board.

We reserve the right to printing errors and incorrect pricing on the site and marketing materials and reserve the right to reject orders.
